Terms of Service

By signing up or using Eye Crypt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eye Crypt is a software-as-a-service trading bot. We provide algorithmic tools for cross-exchange spot arbitrage. We do not manage your funds, hold custody of your assets, or guarantee profits.

You must provide a valid email and create a strong password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All plans are paid in advance in USDT (TRC-20). Crypto payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the paid period; you can cancel at any time but no partial refunds apply.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. Eye Crypt does not provide financial advice. Run paper mode first; switch to live trading only after you understand the risks.

If you provide exchange API keys for live mode, you must use keys with trade-only permissions, never withdraw permissions. We encrypt keys at rest but cannot guarantee security against all attacks.

We target 99% uptime but make no guarantees. Scheduled maintenance, exchange downtime, or force majeure may interrupt service. No SLA credits are offered.

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer the bot beyond what's needed for personal use; (b) resell access; (c) use the service for money laundering or any illegal activity; (d) bypass rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the cabinet.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eye Crypt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, missed opportunities, exchange outages, or third-party actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the user's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith first by direct contact.
